Yohan Minaya is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech.

Based in New York, Yohan leads the NextGen Ocean and Air Transportation sector. Yohan has over 15 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure and has advised many clients on global M&A transactions, public and private capital raises and corporate restructurings.

Yohan’s recent M&A experience includes Capital Product Partners' acquisition of seven LNG carriers, GasLog’s take-private by Blackrock and Teekay Offshore’s take-private by Brookfield. He has also led a number of private placements, IPOs and follow-on transactions in the maritime and aviation sectors.

Yohan joined Nomura Greentech from Evercore where he was instrumental in developing a global transportation and infrastructure franchise. He began his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch.

Yohan received his bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors from Brown University.
