Keith Tauro is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech.

Based in New York, Keith leads the Advanced Materials and Chemicals franchise in the Americas. He has over 15 years of experience advising companies and investors in a variety of materials sub-sectors, including earlier-stage chemical technology companies.

Keith’s transaction experience spans large-scale public and private company M&A to capital raises for growth-stage chemical technology companies. These include advising Anuvia on its $65 million Series D raise; the creditors to TPC group on their ~$1 billion restructuring; Gabriel Performance Products on their sale to Huntsman, and various assignments for DuPont including the $26 billion RMT of its Nutrition & Biosciences business to IFF and Corteva, including its spin-off and subsequent shareholder advisory.

Keith joined Nomura Greentech from Evercore where he covered the Chemicals and Materials sector.

Keith holds an MBA from The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.
