Pearse Davidson

Pearse Davidson is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech.

Based in New York, Pearse has over 16 years of experience advising companies across a range of sectors within Environmental, Industrial and Business Services. He has a deep background in M&A advisory, as well as public and private equity and debt financing transactions. 

His recent transaction experience includes advising multiple companies on critical sale processes including John Wood Group Plc on the sale of its Environmental & Infrastructure business to WSP Global; Bernhard Energy on its sale to DIF Capital Partners; Blattner Energy on its sale to Quanta Services and Valcourt Building Services on its sale to Littlejohn & Co. He has also worked with numerous buyers including advising Macquarie Asset Management on its acquisitions of DTG Recycle and Lakeshore Recycling Systems, and Roark Capital Group on its acquisition of ServicesMaster Brands. Pearse also advised on the IPO of GFL Environmental.

Pearse joined Nomura Greentech from J.P. Morgan where he was a Managing Director covering the Business Services Sector. 

He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he received a bachelor’s degree with Special Attainments in Commerce.
