Nomura Greentech hires Yohan Minaya as Managing Director

Nomura Greentech is pleased to announce that Yohan Minaya has joined the firm as a Managing Director.

Yohan will be based in the New York office and will lead the NextGen Ocean & Air Transportation practice and help the firm enhance its well-established Sustainable Infrastructure coverage efforts. Yohan has spent over 15 years specializing in transportation and infrastructure. Most recently, Yohan was a Managing Director at Evercore where he was instrumental in developing a global transportation and infrastructure investment banking franchise. He has advised many clients on important, global M&A transactions, public and private capital raises and corporate restructurings. He began his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch. Yohan received his B.A. in Economics with Honors from Brown University.
