Matt Rollins is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech.

Matt leads the Low Carbon Molecules practice in the U.S. He has over 10 years of advisory and corporate development experience across pipeline transportation, downstream/refining logistics and LNG infrastructure.

Matt’s transaction experience spans large-scale public and private company M&A. These include advising Arroyo Investors on its acquisition of Seaside LNG; Apache Corp on the formation of Altus Midstream with Kayne Anderson Acquisition Corp; Calumet Specialty Products on the sale of their Superior Refinery, and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on their sale of the Southern Star Pipeline. 

Matt joined Nomura Greentech from Credit Suisse where he covered midstream and low carbon fuels. Prior to Credit Suisse, Matt led infrastructure corporate development in the Americas for Shell. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. 

Matt holds an MBA from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University.
