Laurent Dallet is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech.

Based in Paris, Laurent leads the European Low Carbon Infrastructure and Low Carbon Molecules sector and brings over 20 years of experience advising companies involved in the green energy transition.

His transaction experience includes advising Kronos Solar on its €250 million sale to EDP Renewables; Infravia and Eurazeo on the sale of Reden Solar to a consortium comprising Macquarie and MEAG for €2.5 billion; Hy2Gen on its €200 million equity capital raise from Hy24, Mirova, CDPQ and Technip Energies; and Solarpack on its Initial Public Offering of a minority stake.

Laurent joined Nomura Greentech in 2018 from Engie where he held various positions as a senior finance executive including CFO of ENGIE E&P International, and Head of M&A.

Laurent completed the Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD, and holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from IFP School and an Engineering degree from ENSEEIHT.
