Prior to AREVA, Damien co-founded the M&A department of MGT, a leading French boutique advisory firm focused on high-growth companies, where he sourced and executed a variety of strategic M&A transactions for private equity firms. Damien began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he carried out financial audit assignments for large French corporations before joining the business valuation practice within the Corporate Finance Division.

Damien holds an MBA from the London Business School and a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting as well as a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Paris Dauphine.
