Alex Bleck is a Managing Director at Nomura Greentech, Co-Head of Nomura Industrials, EMEA, and Head of Nomura Investment Banking, Germany.

Based in Frankfurt, Alex leads Nomura Greentech’s Mobility and Automotive Technology sector in EMEA. With over 15 years in investment banking, he has a strong M&A background with deep expertise in private and public transactions, joint ventures, structured acquisitions and IPOs / deSPACs. 

Alex has advised numerous blue chip Automotive and Industrials clients, including recently on Bosch’s acquisition of Elmo Motion Control in Israel, Thyssenkrupp’s disposal of its Elevator division to Advent and Cinven, and Traton’s IPO out of Volkswagen.

Prior to joining Nomura Greentech, Alex was a Managing Director and head of M&A, EMEA Industrials at Deutsche Bank. He holds a Diploma (MSc equivalent) in Business from University of Mannheim.
