Greentech announces the appointment of Stephen Megyery as Partner in its New York Office

Greentech Capital Advisors (“GCA”), a leading investment bank and asset management firm focused exclusively on the Sustainable Infrastructure sector, today announced that Stephen Megyery has joined the firm as a Partner focused on private placements. He will be based in their New York office.

Mr. Megyery has over a decade of investment banking experience at Coady Diemar Partners and began his investment banking career in Credit Suisse’s energy group. Mr. Megyery has successfully closed a broad range of M&A and private placement transactions in the Sustainable Infrastructure sector and has specific expertise in structuring corporate and asset private placements across the capital structure.
