Nomura Greentech hires Pearse Davidson as Managing Director

Nomura Greentech is pleased to announce that Pearse Davidson has joined the firm as a Managing Director.

Based in New York, Pearse will focus on the Environmental Services and Technologies practice as well as Industrials and Business Services.

Pearse was most recently a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan where he spent 15 years advising companies across various industrial sectors. For the past 8 years, he specialized in Business Services, where he was instrumental in developing a premier investment banking franchise. Notably, Pearse has advised numerous environmental firms and led mission-critical, global M&A transactions, IPOs and other equity raises as well as debt financings. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he received a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce.
